Chris is a graduate of Oxford University Chinese Studies Department and a fluent Chinese speaker. A long term resident of China, Chris has been involved in Sino Solutions from the start and has been studying China or working in China since the age of 17. Chris spends most of his time between Beijing and London overseeing the work of the company and developing new business.


Catriona Chilcott MA Oxon
Operations Director

Catriona is a long term resident of Beijing and has previously studied at the prestigious Beijing University. A graduate of the Oxford University Chinese Studies Department and a fluent Mandarin speaker, Catriona is in charge of running company operations in China with particular emphasis on hotel liaison and managing the a la carde marketing department.


Liu Hongyuan
Trade and Communications Manager

Having more than 30 years of manufacturing experience in China, Liu Hongyuan has worked for the Californian Government in China and served as Managing Director of two foreign enterprises when there were only thirty six such companies in the whole of China. Consistently listed in the top 100 most influential people in China during the 1980’s, Liu Hongyuan is an expert on manufacturing, negotiations and international trade in China.


Robby Zeng
a la carde Liaison Manager- Shanghai

After graduating with a degree in hotel and hospitality management, Robby worked in Hangzhou and Shanghai before being recruited to Sino Solutions. Robby has particular responsibility for working with our five-star hotel display clients in Shanghai and also oversees the running of the Shanghai office.
